So I now have a missed payment on my credit file, three screwed up a direct debit payment, not my fault. How do I get this removed from my file ?

I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue with your Direct Debit, and that this has impacted your credit file. Customer services can't directly overturn this, but if there's evidence that this was linked to an error on our part, then the team will raise this with our credit team who can amend this.
