I phoned on the 9th of January to cancel, I was outside my contract by a few months, but gave 30 days notice. Spent ages explaining and had to go through all the reasons to stay but finally convinced the guy that there was nothing wrong with the service, had an existing setup in the place I was moving to, so I needed to cancel.
Text came through yesterday to say my normal payment was going to be collected within the next few days. I expected the final bill to be zero, and not to have to pay £25 having canceled for a service I'm no longer using or have they not bothered to cancel the account?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @allancobl,
Sorry for any confusion there, your final bill is generated after cancellation, so if your normal due date was before the 30 day notice is up, then you should expect one last payment of the normal amount. Depending on where your cancellation date falls in the bill cycle, the final bill can involve either a pro-rata payment or refund.
You should be able to view the bill in My3 to check what dates are covered, and if you're still not sure if your cancellation request has been processed properly, we'd recommend to get in touch.
Thanks,
Jonathan
