I have had the same message. I am not abroad. the full text is:
"Hi there,
You've started a new billing cycle - so your £45 worldwide data roaming limit has been refreshed.
Any questions? Get in touch: three.co.uk/contact-us"
I am still (for the moment) on a tariff that included free data roaming but my 24 month contract is due to run out this month.

Hi @Azadeh,
I'm not familiar with any £45 roaming related add ons or offers. As @sc1999 mentioned this may be in relation to your Data Roaming limit if you're already abroad right now.
Can you share the exact wording of the text, or a screenshot of it? This should help us understand a bit better.

Are you abroad? It could be a warning that unless you have set a different spend limit your roaming service may be limited or cut off when you reach £45.
