Yes, you can request this. If you pop over to our Customer support team they will be able to request your annual statement for your device plan to be emailed to you.

Hi,
I am speaking to your customer support team at the moment and they are informing me that this document does not exist. I have been told I was sent a 'code' a few weeks ago that had the relevant information in it but I have not received anything. I am now being told this code cant be resent. I have just been sent a letter saying the account has been paid off, but I need a detailed statement showing a breakdown of the payments made. Can someone assist?

I'm not sure why that would be advised, sending out that information is something the Device Finance Team should be able to do. No one here has access to your account or details to assist with that directly unfortunately. All we can do is direct you back to the support team on chat or by calling in the hopes they team are able to better assist you this time.
