Is this a Data Pack you're referring to? If so, which pack have you selected and when was it activated?~
Are you able to view this on the My3 app or online, at all?

I can only go on the 3 app it's self, without actual Internet I can't use the chat

It won't let me top, use my Internet, or cancel the deal, thanks 3 for making another brick phone for me, remember when you black listed my last dim when all I was doing was tethering and you thought I was up to something dodgy and just strait up cut me off and I have disabilities and my phone is a life line, fantastic I couldn't give you a bigger round of applause. Absolutely appalling!
