Hi,
I request your assistance in retrieving my eBills for the period from November 2022 to June 2024. I have made this request multiple times—on at least four occasions—through your customer care team. Each time, I was assured that the eBills would be sent to me via email. However, I have yet to receive any of them.
I kindly ask that you prioritize this request and provide the requested eBills without any further delay. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Anu1985,
Sorry to hear you've been having these issues retaining your bills. We're unable to request anything from Community as we're unable to access customers accounts due to security reasons. If you've been trying to get this sorted to no avail, please let our Complaints Team know and they'll have this investigated as well as getting the bills sent to you via email promptly. This is something that we can do so this will be rectified.
