@ThreeUK I set my phone to roam while in the UK before travelling out to Nigeria but I am unable to use it here in Nigeria despite it still showing the roaming sign. What do I need to do to be able to receive calls on it?

It may be because you don’t have a spend limit set up. Try to find some WiFi and start a live chat with customer service to see if that’s the case.
