I'm definitely sure that I have posted before on these boards but it seems to have reset (?!).
For anyone looking for the Cafe Nero code for this week, it is in the surprise spin section.
The confusion: 3 being 3 have conflated the weekly Nero code with an additional promotion to win a Cafe Nero for a monetary amount/year's supply of coffee/your drink entirely free.
The mechanic is you spin the wheel and it will either give you a £1 coffee code (if you're 'unlucky') or presumably, if you are lucky you get one of the other coffee prizes.
No idea on whether this offer/spin resets every week and will be a Cafe Nero code, I think the jury is out on that front.
The poor level of communication is about right for 3. Like with the 3G switchoff, the only time I found out they'd done this was:
a) they had done it without any notification via email/letter/text/carrier pigeon and since I had an incompatible phone and only knew when I'd had people asking me why I wasn't picking the phone up. I said I've not had any calls for weeks (I don't get that many calls anyhow). As a network, you hold details of my phone and the specifications, if it doesn't work with VOLTE then it is your duty to say.
c) I had no coverage where there was only 3G previously and finally,
d) where there was 4G coverage, it was even more overloaded than before! Not that that made much of a difference.
