I’m sorry but why would anyone prefer a surprise spin where they MIGHT be lucky and get a coffee when previously there was a weekly guaranteed Nero’s code? The surprise spin you suggested gave me 15% off Adidas… can’t imagine many people being happy with this new idea compared to just having a Nero’s code every week!!!

Yes it's there now, try refreshing your Three+ top rewards page, or closing and reopening the Three+ app, and it should be at the top of the list of available rewards.
