I’ve had message from three saying a bount closed and no active plans? Any help?? Different sim card but same number

Hi @Mibs1,
Did you take a new line and get the same number transferred over, rather than upgrading the existing plan? It sounds like you've cancelled the old account and opened a new one based on what you're describing at least.
You may be able to link the accounts with a feature we recently added, check for this under More Actions when logged in:
If this doesn't solve the issue, I think you're best to check with customer services as @Paddiewack suggested, if there's 2 accounts on the system with all your personal details matching then they should be able to link them up for you.
