When the system updated the weekend before last the remaining 5GB data I had on my add-on disappeared. I tried to top up a few days early but could not convert to an add-on. After an hour on 3 chat the customer service person managed to buy a 10GB add on for me with the credit but although it appears in my account I can't actually call, text or use mobile data. I had another 2.5 hours on online chat on Friday but their only advice was "wait". I've been waiting but I'm starting to think it won't work again. I'm not allowed phone support, apparently. Meanwhile I'm a week into the add on that I've paid for and can't use. Timescale to fix this? Refunds for services I've paid for that three isn't providing?
