I 'should' have an active data plan, but have had no use of this since last week. Really frustrating, I am a single parent of 2 disabled children. I need use of a phone at all times.
This is service is appalling. I have tried live chat, doesn't work. Tried calling, can't speak to a human.
What am I supposed todo?? How long is this going to be ongoing for?
