No text messages on "cellular" iPad

daviddale
Fledgling

I have an eSIM on a cellular iPad. The app keeps trying to send a text message with a passcode to the number associated with the eSIM but I have no way to access that. Apparently iPads do not work with text messages or phone calls, only data which is all I need it for. There appears to be no way to set an alternate number for passcodes or to use an email.

How can I access the app without a passcode?

Hey daviddale,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with getting your one time passcode. We do have an option for an alternative number so this can be sent there. Our Customer Service Team will be able to handle that for you, and get you up and running on the app.
