Hi, I upgraded my phone on 31st July. Said order was complete and I would receive phone today but I’ve never had any correspondence or tracking number and no phone has arrived. Been on to chat 3 times to different operators and chat has just closed halfway through with no resolution!! What can I do as none of the options available over the phone are suitable to the problem? Thank you

You should normally receive DPD tracking to the email we've got saved on your account, and as a text, by the delivery date.
Have you received anything from DPD yet, or any update following the chats? If this is still going on please let me know and we'll do our best to help.
