Not able to view bills - whats that about?

I want to look through my bill history and work out what I am using on my data but am unable to access my previous bills.  Why are they withholding this?  I had to raise a request for them to be emailed which will take up to 48 hrs!  I am pretty sure this is not good practice?  Surely I have a right to access the bills I have already paid for...

Hello, Danap. 

Bills are accessible through My3 and a PDF copy of them can be downloaded there. On those, you should be able to see a breakdown of your usage for each month.
