Not much time

Crispa
Fledgling

Disappointed to be told:

Your contract ends on 15/07/2023 but don’t worry – we’ll be sending you some important info by post to tell you about your options.

Why such a short time?

Why sent by post? Why not email (with post as an option)?

I assume it is intended to limit the time I have to compare the options with other providers and change, if I want. Just as well I will be around to get the post.

You have enough time to see what other deals are out there ready to negotiate with 3.

Hi @Crispa,

We do usually send this notification out by email primarily. You may not have given us permission to send marketing emails. If we're unable to email then we send a letter to ensure that we're reminding customers of when their minimum term is due.

I'll pass on your feedback around the level of notice, and if you'd like to discuss your options before the letter arrives, I'd recommend calling or chatting with us. The letter mentioned is just a reminder and will include some examples of upgrades, there's no issue with contacting us before it is delivered.

Thanks,
JonathanB
