Number transfer problem

Took a new contract out with three last week and transferred my number from old network. Everything was fine until yesterday when I got a message saying my number transfer is complete. Since then any calls or texts are sent from the temporary number that came with my new sim not my transferred number. Any advice appreciated

Hey @Kel23,

This is likely one of two problems I'm aware of. It may just be a software issue which occasionally happens when porting a number, and your phone is still trying to read the number which originally came with the SIM. So first I'd recommend to have a look at the suggestion on Split CLI on Porting number 

If the steps there don't seem to help, it may be a "split port" and we haven't received your transfer from the old network. In that case the issue does need to be raised with customer services, so that our porting team can work with the original provider's porting team to sort this out.
