I can see my credit but I cannot see an option to convert it to data allowance. Can anybody point me in the right direction

Hi @PattieD,
In the Three App, when you select an Add on and add this to your basket, then press continue, you should then be able to scroll down and find the option for payment method. One of the options there should read "From Cash Credit".

this payment option doesnt appear when using the Three website. And using the app requires that i first change my country/region before google play store will permit it

Hey there.
It looks like there's an issue with this option on the website at the moment. It's been forwarded on and the team are looking into it. They have confirmed that all options are still available within the My3 app.
