How do i convert credit to data allowance. I can see the credit in my account but dont know where or

I can see my credit but I cannot see an option to convert it to data allowance. Can anybody point me in the right direction

Hi @PattieD,

In the Three App, when you select an Add on and add this to your basket, then press continue, you should then be able to scroll down and find the option for payment method. One of the options there should read "From Cash Credit".
