One account or separated accounts

I have 4 pre-paid SIM cards for all my family.

Should I open for each SIM card an account or create only one for all SIM cards?

Not sure how pre-paid sims work with my3. PAYG and pay monthly need individual email addresses for each number so it depends on whether you want to manage each number or if you want each used to manage their own numbers.
