I found out that I was paying for an account and phone number that I hadn't used for a year. I was eventually able to close the account (or so I thought) after agreeing to pay I final bill. It was £60+ which is ridiculous really as I'd been wrongfully paying for a closed account for almost a year. They told me I wasn't entitled to a refund and there was no evidence that I had closed my account (despite not using the phone for that period). Anyway, I paid the £60 to be done with it, and was assured that was the end of that. But, this morning I've had another bill with an outstanding balance, with another threat to send to d3bt collection agency!
I have the account number for the account, but do not remember the old number.
This is driving me insane, I'm continually having to pay for something I don't use!
