I am on holiday in the USA before leaving I thought it a good idea to pay for a £60 go roaming. I placed it into my basket and completed expecting an emailed confirmation this dod not arrive so I assumed it had not gone through and therefore repeated the process four times. I now find that with my new bill I have been charged four times for something I can only use/need one off. How can I get this over charge removed before my bank account is debited for the three extra payments?
