Absolutely fuming, was going to Europe for 4 days so bought a weeks pass for £12 so I didn’t use my data and also bought to additional bolt ons at £5 each.
came home and not got any data left and been told I have used it all whilst away and need to wait until 19th April for allowance to reset. Had to now pay an additional £13 for 10GB of data taking my monthly charge to £72 .
also network coverage has not been great
