I'm really sorry to hear that you've been running into issues with removing the adult filter from your account. Is the card you're using a UK credit card and registered to the same address as your account? If you're using a debit card, a credit card issued overseas, or registered to a different address this could cause the issue you've described.
The chat team generally can't help with removing this filter, as they won't be able to take card details. As an alternative you can get help over the phone from 333, or by visiting one of our Three stores with a valid photo ID.
