Hi, I'm visiting UK, 1 day ago I purchased a 1 pound sim, down loaded the 3 app and set up a monthly 10 pound pay as you go, the money has been debited from my overseas bank account but for some unknown reason I have no internet connection with the 3 network....my account is saying cash credit 0 pounds and elsewhere on my account page I noticed somewhere saying "cancelled" I don't know why or how.
I'm rather frustrated as I can't talk to anyone about what might be the problem.....any ideas or help would be appreciated
