Hi top up £35 at 12.05 am And you send a text Say

 

 

Hi there,

 

Your £35.00 Top-up's good to go - so your new balance is £35.00.

 

It's 35p per minute, 15p per text, and 10p per MB of data.

 

You can also convert your Top-up to a Data Pack - which gets you an allowance of data, and unlimited minutes and texts. 

 

Then I tried to buy an add-on It says There's a problem Please try again later 

  

So I waited a couple more minutes And then try it again But then it says Sorry You don't have any credit in your account Then you send me A text message Saying 

 

Hi there,

 

 

Something went wrong with the Top-up you attempted at Mar 17, 2025 11:59:59 PM - so it hasn't gone through.

 

If you're trying to top up with a voucher, check the details and try again.

 

If you topped up by card, check your balance is higher than the value of your Top-up and try again.

 

What is going on? 

And data will switched off
