I’m a new user on pay as you go. I paid £10 on 21 January and just checked my balance today and find that it has reduced to £8.65. I have made no calls, texts or used any data so why is my balance down?

Hey folks.
Unexpected reductions must be frustrating, and there must be a reason for it. In order to get it checked though, only the PAYG team can access the account to see the reason. My advice would be to pop through there and chat to the team to find out what has caused the reductions.
Pete.

Same thing with me. My credit has dropped as well without any usage and mobile data turned off as well. Everytime I check it it keeps dropping. Originally it was £4.64, when I called 4444 earlier today it was £2.54 and when I just checked now it was £1.49. What it going on? Help
