Hi I have problems about Crs massages which asking me about payment. I have paid all my bills  I don’t know why I am receiving these massages. There is reference starting with 3A. 
what shall I do? 
please help me.

Dear Masi, you and I have a similar problem. I owe Three nothing, Three have put in writing several times that I owe nothing, but I have received 13 menacing text messages from CRS claiming I owe Three money. Three say they can’t do anything unless I give them the account number, starting 9 or 1, listed on “the letter” - well, I haven’t had a letter seeing as I’m not the person who owes Three money: it’s clearly a case of my phone number is being used in error by CRS, either that’s their mistake or Three gave them the wrong number. Please see my own thread about it all.

We understand this can be concerning, and @Paddiewack is correct. You'd need to get in touch with our Customer Service Team to look into your billing and check where these charges are coming from.

Dear Maxine, Masi won’t get very far if her experiences with the customer services/complaints team are the same as mine over a similar problem. Please see my own thread about it all. How can I contact someone senior at Three who is way above the people who work in the customer services/complaints team please? I am very fed up and am seriously thinking about not renewing my phone contract when it’s up and cancelling my mobile broadband too. I’ve been with Three since 2009, initially on pay as you go. The way my problem is being dealt with is a complete shambles. Thanks.

I’m assuming you’re referring to a debt agency. In my opinion you should contact Three customer service and find the exact state of your payments. Ask them if they’ve referred your account to a debt agency. If they say categorically no and all is good then it’s a scam and should be reported as such. If customer service HAVE referred your account you can at least discuss things with them. Don’t sit on things;act now.
