Dear support team, my name is zemen, my plan should have been auto renewed yesterday midnight. Three companey has deducted £20 from my account but my plan is not renewed. I cant call or write text messages. Instead of giving my full package 50Gb data, unlimited calls and texts, i only got 10gb data. With no text message and calls. Please try to sort out this ASAP.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not received the expected allowances. Three Community is a public forum so we can't disclose info about accounts or make changes to them here. Please do not share private details like your phone number, as your posts are visible to all browsers, not just Three staff.
