I'm not familiar with any of our customer facing teams using that name, but there's certainly examples of scams being reported on the Community like this: 

If they're calling from a number beginning 01, 02, or 07 it's not us. If they're emailing you let us know what email address and we may be able to confirm if it's a genuine one.
