Problem cancelling add on

I am having the problem in cancelling add on which is charging 20 pounds a day and would continue charging 20 pound every day for 14 days in my understanding . I want to cancel it but I am unable to do that through app. It’s too frustrating

Hello. 

Welcome to the Three Community. 

I'm not aware of a daily recurring add on that costs £20 per day. We have a short term Unlimited Data add on which gives Unlimited Data until the end of the current monthly bill cycle. That add on doesn't need removed though, as it's only short term. 

If it's a different add on you've activated, can you confirm the full name of the add on?
