Problems transferring number

Order number is 3*********

Hi,

Problem: ordered new sim card. old number has not transferred despite explicitly putting in PAC code when ordering.

Order number is **********. Please help or I will need to cancel this contract ASAP.

Firstly you should not put order numbers on this public forum for obvious reasons. Secondly as Ive said  this is a public forum and not customer service and you’ll need to contact them to resolve your issue. Just as an aside ports can take up to 10 pm to complete.
