It's disappointing to see you're still waiting for the information you requested. The team here don't have access to your account in order to complete that request.
It's normally around 3 days for the information to be provided to you, since you've passed that, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team to let them know you haven't got it. In some cases, the information was saved within the account, but for some reason it wasn't received, and the team can just resend it. If that's not the case, then they can raise the matter with the back office team to see what's going on.
