terrible service from 3 recently I lost my phone and my insurance company asking for proof of uses and proof of blacklist and it’s been one week and maybe I chat with them 3 to 4 times and still I haven’t got when I chat with them they always saying we are working on eight we will send you shortly but no, I haven’t received yet. I recommend don’t use Three Imm anymore. If you lost your device then they will not provide any proof maybe be sure. I hope I will get soon and I hope I can make the claim
