I terminated my Three PAYG phone a few days ago and had some credit remaining. The email I received with the PAC advised I can apply for a refund and the link takes me to the Contact Us page.
I telephoned Three on 03333381001 however the self serve IVR takes me in circles without giving an option to talk to someone.
I tried live chat who said I need to call.
Any idea how I can speak to someone to get my refund?

Hey @pototea,
If you give us a call, please select billing and payment queries on the IVR and then select the option for any other enquiries.
Alternatively, if you pop back through on live chat and follow the options to get connected with an agent, we'll be able to assist you with the refund.
