Good Afternoon,
My name is Janine and I wanted to share with you what a wonderful experience I had today with Rajat - a dedicated employee to three.
I had faced some issues with my account and I contacted online chat service where I spoke to Faisal initially and then lost contact to the server. Rajat then kindly assisted me and I sadly lost connection due to my internet issues. I then felt sad as I wasn’t sure what to do next. To my surprise, Rajat then went above and beyond and called me from the three helpline to help support me!
I wanted to say thank you so much for employing people like Rajat because he will be the reason I renew mine and my partners contract with three as the customer care was astounding. He quickly and professionally handled the matter. He was eloquent and coherent in communicating with me. More importantly, I had a very pleasant experience and felt very comfortable talking to him regarding my problems. It’s not often you get such efficient support in this day and age, I’m not the most tech savvy. I left the call feeling confident and happy to have such a lovely phone company. I hope that three will continue to employ people like him because that phone call made my day today. Thank you Rajat and well done three for employing a great worker.
