Roaming add on

I want to add on £12 7 day roaming but it doesn’t give option to select start date. I therefore assume that if I buy it today the 7 day period only activates when I land abroad? (I want to buy today - activate from 4th if possible)

Hi @Emmap1,

Sorry for any confusion there, you're quite right the Roaming passes activate when you're abroad. They'll activate the first time that you unlock your allowances. This is done by making a call, sending a text, or accessing your mobile data whilst in an applicable roaming destination.

So if you're in the UK now, you can safely purchase the add on, and this can be queued up for when you need it later.
