You will be able to use your phone in Turkey. How much it'll cost will depend on the kind of plan you have. If you took a complete or value plan, you will have Go Roam Passes included, as long as you have some left, you'll be able to use some of your allowance at no extra cost. If you're on a lite plan, you won't have any passes by default, and will need to either buy some before travelling, or you will be charged for 1 daily each day you use the allowance.
