S25U Trade-In Quote £468 but when I get envelope to send mobile phone in, £348

I just recently purchased my S25 Ultra through the promotion page and the trade in quote clearly states  the value with offer as being £468.

SO I go to the trade in page to check the Ts&Cs...

and get this...

I then get my prepaid envelope that gives me the quote as just the trade in value of £348 when I thought I purchased it as part of the promotion. Am I missing something or have I been scammed?

Hey, Blake.

That's not so great. The offer you're looking at is the real deal, and you should be able to claim it with an applicable device. The error page you're getting to isn't what I'd expect to see though, and I'm unsure what would be causing that.

Can I ask you to double check the details you are entering and try again? Also, if you're still having the issue, could you try doing it on a different type of device and or browser, just in case there's something there causing issues. It's also worth turning off any add blocking features or extensions, IP tracking blockers, VPNs, Proxys, etc, just in case.

Pete.

Hi Pete,

I tried all of that. Dropping the VPN, allowing ads, all that stuff. Nothing worked at all. I cannot bring up the T&C at all for the offer. I  did get an explanation from Three when I had to call them and they did say that my bill would be reduced by £18 a month, which over my term would be about the same as the amount that was quoted me, but WHY was I quoted that lower amount on my return letter? I'm going to keep an eye on my first couple of months to see if it's correct and we shall see...

It's disappointing to hear that's happened.

I'm hopeful that everything will go as advised.

Pete.
