One-time Passcodes

Hi there!

I've recently upgraded to a new number, and cancelled the old one. However, when I try to log in to my Three app, the number associated for the one-time passcode is the old number so do not receive the SMS. I've already updated my account details, but the change hasn't affected the number for the passcodes. How do I change this?

Hello there. 

It sounds like the details will need to be manually updated by the Support Team. If you pop through and let them know, they should be able to get that sorted for you.
