Hi I just received what I suspect to be a scam call from 02** *** **** claiming to be Three and offering me a 40% discount on my bill.
I was sent a link by text and then asked to read out the passcode. When I challenged the person they said that they were just trying to verify things on their end. The man became aggressive when I suggested he may be scamming me.
I have changed my password back and will be contacting my bank. Just giving people a heads up

I'm glad you realised what was going on and that you managed to take action to protect the account. Just to make sure, it might be worth contacting the support team as well so that they can double check the account and make sure it hasn't been accessed by anyone else, and no unauthorised actions or requests have taken place.
