Hi, I'm trying to call a service number (09...) But keep being told that this call is chargeable and I've reached my spend limit. Three agents checked it, upped my limits but it still not working. And everytime agent disconnects me when they can't offer me any solutions. I would leave three for this as it's very important for me... Any thoughts?

Hi. Did the agents confirm you don't have any operator barring for premium calls on your account/profile?

I'm not aware of any 09 numbers being free to call. 09 usually leads to premium rate numbers. Calling those numbers would normally have an access charge and a premium rate charge as well which can vary depending on the service that's being called.
If you've increased the spend limit on the account to accommodate the additional spend but are still having the issue of not being able to call, it could be that you've reached the credit limit on the account as well. If you reach the credit limit, setting the spend cap even higher will have no effect.
If you'd like to increase the credit limit, pop through to the Support Team to request that.
