Direct debit

Why has my direct debit been taken 29th September and yet my data etc is showing zero. Trying to resolve this has been a nightmare and you cannot talk to a person. Anyone else had this happen?

Missing my payment

I get the SMS on 30 Sep and said I need to add on new data pack , so that I through HSBC to paid ￡15 already. But  your company stop my service, and login the 3 apps also not show my payment and my new plan. Why ? I am so disappointed for the service...

I have just added the 3 day EU roaming pass for £5 and was wondering when does the 3 day start when i turn on data roaming? If I turn on roaming half way through a day does it start from that hour or is it 24 hours 12am to 12am?
