So my credit score has plummeted with Experian, Equifax & Transave due to incorrect information posted by three in the last couple lf days. I’ve been awarded a missed payment on my credit file, for the amount of £10.00,
The account information shows the account was opened in September 2016 - but it’s taken them until now to report a problem. The account status is showing as Delinquent. It’s also showing my old address, and yet this account has literally just appeared on my credit file.
I had a very similar thing happen to me last year with o2. Very similar thing, an account opened in 2016 showing in default after 7 years. It’s worrying me, as to why I now have a Three account doing exactly the same.

Hello there.
Welcome to the Three Community.
That's quite strange. I suppose it's possible that an older file with Experian was merged with your existing version or something like that, but you'd to check in with Experian to ask about that to see if that's the case.
You can also check in with the Support Team at Three to ask if there has been any recent changes made to the information on your credit file. If you have any reference numbers or anything like that, it would be good to have them handy for the team as it might help them locate any older accounts that could be relevant.
Pete.
