Used to be able to log into 3 app on both my iPhone and IPad which are separate numbers, but now only recognises my iPhone number when I’m trying to log into my iPad, therefor only able to see my usage for iPhone and not iPad.

New Three app. Cannot add my details etc. When you click on edit you can’t add anything in the fields 🤦♂️ so title, name, address are just 3dots … DOB is 1 Jan 1900 and can’t add an address. All the options that were on the old my 3 PAYG app have gone, like turn vmail off/on, change number etc and the calls list is in a terrible format. For example calls made are listed as (44) 123 4567890 whereas if they must insist on including 44 make it look like (44) 1234 456789 or better still just the normal 01234 456789 format.

Hi @Thr3,
It's never been possible to update your name or date of birth on the app. For security reasons you do need to register any change or correction with these with customer services. I'm really sorry that there's been an error with the DOB registered there, but I'm sure customer services will be able to help.
In terms of the other areas of the app, we've just finished an initial update that should make it easier to improve the app and account services going forwards. We've got people hard at work to build many improvements to this in the coming months.

When I got an extra PAYG sim I never got the option to add my name or address anyway. The welcome page says Hi - - - Good Evening
when you click on your details and then get the about you page, when you click edit you can’t add anything so all fields are - - - and the only fields populated are the phone number and email and DOB field is 1 Jan 1900
Mamage account users, let’s you add a name etc but you can’t edit the title field, it just says - - -
in pretty sure the old PAYG app allowed you populate the fields with the information needed until you profile was 100% complete. This new app doesn’t seem to allow you to add any details. 🤔

Thanks for the feedback, I'll certainly pass this on in case we can improve the process. I do appreciate that registering your info is something that you may want to do without having to contact our support teams.
For the moment it would have to be customer services to add your info to the account.

I cant even use the app since I cant register an account on their new system, how can they mess up this bad?

It’s a total mess. I’m in the same boat. I can only now access 1 number. Can’t even use different email for the other 1 as it doesn’t match the one registered. Come on three you have to get a grip with this!

Yes same for me I have mine and my daughters contract I pay for , and iam trying to log in as she’s due and upgrade in a few days , now I can’t even log into her account, so frustrating.

Sorry to hear you've been running into issues with accessing both of your lines. I'm assuming both numbers for each of you went through the update last week? Have you re-registered My3 for each number, or is that where you're running into errors?
Can you share the specific errors messages, and when these are happening? That should help us look into this further.
