hi im new in three i buy 10£ 60gb pack monthly but when i log in three app’s always showing account was closed but I talk in coustomer service they told me your account was active but I can’t see my use’s anything please helpIMG_0033.png

Hello. 

Oh that's an odd issue. It looks like your account is active since you have signal there (I'm assuming you're using your Three account of course). 

Did you transfer your phone number to Three when you joined?
