Why is the Nero app no longer working ?

Just to check, do you mean the Three+ reward app isn't working? Are you unable to generate the Nero reward?

Hi @LisaW,

I've had a check and it looks like we don't have any more Nero codes available this week. Sorry for any disappointment this may cause. You can claim the code each Monday, and use it later in the week, but there is a limit to how many codes can be claimed per week,

We also have the £1 coffee network offer too which covers lots of other venues other than Nero.

There seems to be an issue with the Nero codes lately. We can only get one if lucky and trying first thing Monday morning, I never used to have this issue. We were able to get one at the weekend and they never ran out. Have you reduced the qty or has something else changed?

We've completed some checks on this and can confirm that the code offer is still in place.

However, due to high demand, they may be running out faster than expected. The codes continue to be made available every Monday.

Sorry Michael, but these codes were still available at the weekends and now not even on a Monday. I don’t understand how after years the demand has increased that much to run out by the first day!
