Three rewards app

Hello! I took out a new contract with a new handset on three, whilst also having an existing sim only contract. I had to transfer my number to another network in order to keep my “old” three number which took a few days but was successful. Since doing this I have now been unable to access three rewards, when I moved my number across it terminated my old account and number as it was moved to my temporary sim on another network before being moved back across to my “new” three contract. Since trying to access three rewards it says user terminated or now with my mobile number it says “sorry you are unable to register for 3+” 

I really liked the perks of the app so disappointing I can’t use it, does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

I had this a few months ago and one of the mods on this forum kindly liased  with some back office and got it sorted.I think it involved clearing a cache on their end and then I was back up and running.May I suggest you contact customer service who should be able to get it sorted for you.
