Three website is designed to waste your time

Fledgling

It seems clear to me that the Three website is specifically designed to waste customers time when searching for a new hand-set. If this wasnt the case why wouldnt there be any functionality to search for available hand-sets by location? In order to see if the phone is in stock for delivery you have to click on each hand-set, wait a couple of seconds for the page to load, you then can see that the hand-set is not available for delivery Uk-wide. Then in order  to check if the hand-set is available for collection you have to click another link and search using your post code, which takes a few more seconds to usually tell you that nowhere in your area has the hand-set either. If Three wasnt actively trying to waste peoples time so they will give up and choose any available phone, then the website would never be designed in this state. Being able to simply search based on your location for available hand-sets would be obvious to any company who had the interests of its customers in mind, or failing that, being able to search for all hand-sets available for delivery would be useful.

People who have nothing to moan about will always  find something if they look hard enough. If you order by 20.00 it can be delivered the very next day. I don’t see your reason to moan unless you’re so tight for time you don’t want to waste the “seconds” you alluded to in your post.
