Three won’t accept any of my cards all of a sudden.

I was wondering if any one else is having this issue. Over the last month or so, Three won’t accept any of the cards I’m trying to use,  to make prepayments with. I’m using stored cards, that I’ve used many times before, I’ve also tried new cards that I’ve not used before. I’ve tried both debit and credit cards, all of a sudden, nothing is working. All the cards I’m trying to use, are in my name and registered to my address. I’ve been with Three for several years, and this is the first time I’ve had this issue. It’s absolutely ludicrous. I’ve never in my life come across any thing like it, I’ve tried EIGHT different cards, all of which have funds on them. When I call the banks up, they all say the same thing, there’s been no attempt from Three at even trying to take the funds. I’m at a loss. I don’t understand it. I even tried calling the Three call centre, and it was the same thing when the call centre person tried to take payment, it wouldn’t go through. This is unheard of, to reiterate, I’ve never come across any thing like this with any company. Ever.

This is very unusual to hear. Have you still been unable to make any payments in the past few weeks?

Have these payments been attempted both online and over the phone?
