I need someone from 3 to take some damn accountability and reach out over your ridiculous trade in partner Ingram.
They received my phone back on the 7th February and told me payment would be made via bank transfer by the 10th February. It's now the 6th of March and still nothing.
I have emailed multiple times and get no response and I have tried to call them over 100 times and get Line Busy. I spoke to someone at 3 who says I have to speak to them but how the hell am I supposed to do that if they ignore my emails and their phone line does not work.
You can try pass the buck all you like but I am a 3 customer who accepted a 3 trade in offer on the 3 website, thus my issue is with you and if someone does not reach out shortly I'll be looking at legal options as I have been falsely advertised to and have literally had my phone stolen from me.

I'm really sorry to hear about all these delays with your trade in. I'll be happy to help get this resolved for you. Just to clarify, was the information communicated to you by an email from the Trade In team that you'd receive the payment by the 10th February?

I'm having the same issue. Tried ingram and they said to contact three directly as they cannot access the systems. Used three chat, absolutely terrible, they have no clue. Now gone to twitter to see if i can get answers. They are a bunch on theifs.
